Manuscript Submission Guidelines

• Submissions must be made via the official OJS platform in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.

• All author details, affiliations, and acknowledgments must be removed from the main manuscript file to facilitate double-anonymized review. A separate Title Page file containing full metadata must be uploaded.

• Every submission must include an abstract of 200–300 words and 4 to 6 relevant keywords.

Citation Style: OSCOLA / Bluebook Standards

The journal mandates the use of the Oxford Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA) (4th Edition) or the Bluebook (21st Edition) uniform system of citation. The selected citation style must be applied consistently throughout all footnotes.
